HomeOwnership.org presents the free services of credit.org’s housing counselors. Credit.org is a nonprofit, HUD-approved housing counseling agency formed in 1974 by business leaders and credit grantors. An original member of the Homeownership Preservation Foundation, credit.org is dedicated to helping homeowners find the best solutions when facing difficulty with their mortgages.
